2016: 1050000 MXP for buying the land

2016:  50000 MXP legal costs for buying the land 

2017: 15000 MXP extra legal cost, struggle with papers. Second owner of the land got in contact with us, found out that notary faked the papers.

2021: We finally finished the down payment to second owner and the land is finally protected and papers are legal. (Now we are down paying family for borrowed money to do the last payment 40000 NOK)
